Below are biographies of Elée’s directors and managers.

Cindy BORIES

Cindy, in her role as Director of Operations, oversees our Managed Services team, integrating the IBM, SAP, Oracle, SAM Advanced Services, and Tooling divisions. With over 8 years of experience in Software Asset Management, Cindy has been instrumental in assisting numerous international companies with their software license management. She is dedicated to advocating for the interests of CIOs, having spearheaded multiple compliance reviews and provided support to our clients during critical negotiations and audit defense projects. Cindy and her team establish managed SAM services for clients, offering daily assistance in asset monitoring, reducing costs and risks of non-compliance, and fostering a sustainable and comprehensive SAM capability through robust SAM tools such as SamBox.io, Flexera, Aspera, Snow, and ServiceNow. Her extensive expertise in licensing and IBM, SAP, Microfocus, and Quest contracts is a testament to her proficiency. Prior to her tenure at Elée, Cindy spent two years as a statistician for a leading telecommunications company.

Cindy BORIES

Yoann BACHELOT

Yoann holds a Master’s degree from the University of Paris Dauphine in Management Science, specializing in Management Control, and a Master 2, Extended Enterprise Information System: Audit and Consulting.

After 4 years focused on the administrative and financial management professions, Yoann worked for 7 years at KPMG as an IT auditor, in particular as a manager in charge of compliance audits. He joined Elée in 2015 to take charge of team management functions and software asset management pilot projects. As Director and Partner, he regularly works on major projects including compliance analysis, counter-audits, high-stakes contractual negotiations, and standardization of SAM functions such as tooling (in particular SAM Aspera USU tools, Flexera, Snow and other discovery tools), and Managed Services. He is proficient in publishers such as IBM, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, SAS, VMWare, Autodesk and Adobe. Since 2019, he has also led the commercial relationship with several major customer accounts and since the beginning of 2021 he has been Client Service Director for a prestigious account.

Yoann BACHELOT

Guillaume GEUDIN

Guillaume joined Elée in 2018 to create the Purchasing Improvement division. Before joining Elée, he completed a work-study program and obtained a master's degree in International Purchasing Management and Innovation at Kedge Business School. Guillaume has a solid experience in the purchasing function in aeronautical, defence and rail environments. He was responsible for complex calls for tenders, setting up purchasing strategies and leading high-stakes negotiations. Guillaume leads a team of more than 10 employees at Elée dedicated to software purchasing, supporting clients with their negotiations with publishers.

Guillaume GEUDIN

Alexis PERRIER

Alexis graduated in 2016 from Kedge Business School with a Master’s II Management & Purchasing. He gained experience in governance, management and purchasing in Warsaw and London.

Alexis then worked in purchasing for large corporations, before joining Elée in 2016 to work on Software Asset Management.

Manager of a team of experts in SAM organization, he conducts maturity audits, roadmap definition, process formalization and tooling services for our key clients.

Alexis PERRIER

Louis PELAN

Louis graduated from Kedge Business School with a Master's degree in 2015.

Before joining Elée, he worked for 18 months in companies in the telecoms and industry sectors, helping to create and implement optimized purchasing strategies. In the past five years, Louis has led more than 170 Software Asset Management projects. He is senior manager of a team of five consultants and manages thirty clients per year, working on engagements including audit defense, managed services, inventory and negotiation. He has a strong expertise in managing software compliance related to publishers such as Adobe and Oracle, and specifically in audit management.
