Below are biographies of Elée’s directors and managers.
Cindy BORIES
Cindy leads our Managed Services team, bringing together the IBM, SAP, Oracle, SAM Advanced Services and Tooling divisions. During her 6 years of experience in Software Asset Management, Cindy has supported many international companies in the management of software licenses. Committed to defending the interests of CIOs, Cindy has led numerous compliance reviews and supported our clients during high-stakes negotiations and audit defence projects. With her team, she sets up managed SAM services for her clients to help them on a daily basis to monitor their assets, reduce the costs and risks of non-compliance, and build a long-lasting and extended SAM capability through robust SAM tools such as SamBox.io, Flexera, Aspera, Snow, and ServiceNow. As such, she has strong expertise in licensing and IBM, SAP, Microfocus and Quest contracts. Before joining Elée, Cindy worked two years for a telecommunications leader as a statistician.

Yoann BACHELOT
Yoann holds a Master’s degree from the University of Paris Dauphine in Management Science, specializing in Management Control, and a Master 2, Extended Enterprise Information System: Audit and Consulting.
After 4 years focused on the administrative and financial management professions, Yoann worked for 7 years at KPMG as an IT auditor, in particular as a manager in charge of compliance audits. He joined Elée in 2015 to take charge of team management functions and software asset management pilot projects. As Director and Partner, he regularly works on major projects including compliance analysis, counter-audits, high-stakes contractual negotiations, and standardization of SAM functions such as tooling (in particular SAM Aspera USU tools, Flexera, Snow and other discovery tools), and Managed Services. He is proficient in publishers such as IBM, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, SAS, VMWare, Autodesk and Adobe. Since 2019, he has also led the commercial relationship with several major customer accounts and since the beginning of 2021 he has been Client Service Director for a prestigious account.
Mathieu DUFETELLE
A graduate of the University of Paris Dauphine with a degree in organizational policy after a 5-year course in economics and management, Mathieu worked in the IT department of an industrial conglomerate for several years. He participated in large-scale projects such as the complete redeployment of a multi-site Microsoft infrastructure, the replacement of workstations and the migration of an ERP to SAP. He also created an IT subsidiary where, as Administrative and Financial Director, he was responsible for human resources, service providers, contracts, and licenses.
Building on the expertise he gained during more than 10 years in IT projects and operations, Mathieu joined Elée in 2016 first as a Microsoft expert consultant, then he took responsibility for the Microsoft / VMWare center of expertise. As such, he was responsible for inventory and compliance engagements, contract renewal studies, and consulting projects covering licenses and the whole catalog of Microsoft products and VMWare technologies. Mathieu is now working as product manager for SamBox.io.
Damien JUILLARD
Damien graduated in 2004 from INSA Lyon engineering school. He started his career in telecommunications consulting more than 15 years ago and joined Elée in 2013 to co-develop the Software Asset Management practice. Damien has worked on many SAM projects and has developed in-depth expertise on software vendors including Microsoft and Oracle. He also helps clients strengthen their SAM processes and SAM operating model. Damien was particularly involved in Elée’s first large SAM tool projects. Damien now leads the SamBox.io SaaS platform.

Guillaume GEUDIN
Guillaume joined Elée in 2018 to create the Purchasing Improvement division. Before joining Elée, he completed a work-study program and obtained a master's degree in International Purchasing Management and Innovation at Kedge Business School. Guillaume has a solid experience in the purchasing function in aeronautical, defence and rail environments. He was responsible for complex calls for tenders, setting up purchasing strategies and leading high-stakes negotiations. Guillaume leads a team of more than 10 employees at Elée dedicated to software purchasing, supporting clients with their negotiations with publishers.
Arnaud MEUNIER
Arnaud holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and Infrastructure Management.
He has more than 15 years’ experience in IT and SAM, including several years at Elée.
Prior to joining Elée, he worked as an operational manager for several years in the Ministry of the Armed Forces, where he deployed information and communication systems. He also served as head of the Infrastructure, Networks and Information Systems Department, and he was responsible for negotiating and optimizing public procurement contracts for solutions and services from more than 100 vendors.
Since his arrival at Elée, Arnaud has led several Software Asset Management projects and has managed Elée’s production department. He has a strong knowledge of worldwide licensing, and a thorough expertise in vendors including Microsoft, SAP, VMWare and Oracle. As such, he leads process optimization and compliance engagements, specializing in compliance inventories and optimization plans with a worldwide scope and extended contracts including workstations, servers and SaaS services.
Louis PELAN
Louis graduated from Kedge Business School with a Master's degree in 2015.
Before joining Elée, he worked for 18 months in companies in the telecoms and industry sectors, helping to create and implement optimized purchasing strategies. In the past five years, Louis has led more than 170 Software Asset Management projects. He is senior manager of a team of five consultants and manages thirty clients per year, working on engagements including audit defense, managed services, inventory and negotiation. He has a strong expertise in managing software compliance related to publishers such as Adobe and Oracle, and specifically in audit management.

Alexis PERRIER
Alexis graduated in 2016 from Kedge Business School with a Master’s II Management & Purchasing. He gained experience in governance, management and purchasing in Warsaw and London.
Alexis then worked in purchasing for large corporations, before joining Elée in 2016 to work on Software Asset Management.
Manager of a team of experts in SAM organization, he conducts maturity audits, roadmap definition, process formalization and tooling services for our key clients.
